Day sixteen of Froguary!
Miss Eliza Josefina Pond comes from a big family. Though her family is loud, she is quiet. She loves to laugh, has a quick whit, and loves the natural sciences. Eliza plans to attend the ball at Weatherby Hall with all her sisters in tow. She has heard grand things about the estate, although she is far more interested in the library than the ballroom. Her plan upon arrival is to sneak away as soon as possible to peruse the books. Who knows? Maybe she’ll meet a tall austere stranger among the shelves?
